Curate Sydney comes from the team behind Chillipip, who have spent more than twenty years building premium custom furniture out of Marrickville for design conscious clients and productions including Married At First Sight. Demand had started arriving for pieces that weren't custom, from people who wanted the same craft in something they could simply buy, and Curate was built to meet it. We worked with the founders on the ecommerce and marketing strategy first, shaping how a considered furniture range translates online and how the brand would find its audience, then designed and built the store around that thinking. What sits there now holds both sides of the studio, ready to order pieces alongside the made to measure work they've always been known for, giving the craft of a custom workroom a home online.
